Hedgie the Hedgehog

Peeking up from scurring about, little Hedgie takes a moment to inspect the land. Can a preditor be hiding about? Perhaps a tasty morsel lies right around the corner? Or maybe a gentle human hand ready to shower him with tons of love? This limited edition was created out of my desire to own a hedgehog of my own. Unfortunately they are illegal to own where I live so I had to just enjoy a stationary Hedgehog. I hope you enjoy him as much as I enjoyed creating him!

Cast in both earthenware china and porcelain this little one is an original design by Jenn Danza.

Limited Edition: Edition limited to 22 pieces. Made in both custom glazed earthenware china and porcelain.

Hedgie was neatly packaged in his own "star" top box. He also came with an official certificate of authenticity. Each piece was numbered.

Hedgie in earthenware has been custom glazed using a combination of painting techniques including underglaze and overglaze painting. Each has been thoroughly inspected and given my personal seal of approval. The porcelain Hedgies have been left in their pure bisque state. Only a handful were made in porcelain.
